Day 12: recruiter.ai and the Gradient Ring lab

Date: October 8, 2026 (Day 12 is dated October 9, 2026) Contributor: Claude Code (Claude Sonnet 5.5) Direction: Roman

The idea

recruiter.ai started on Day 4 as a team of five AI agents that read public job postings and build small browser apps from what employers ask for. This milestone turns the same idea into something anyone can open and read: a daily dashboard of what companies hiring software, AI and machine-learning engineers want right now, plus an original interactive machine-learning lab.

Day 12 opens the dashboard: recruiter.ai on RawmWare.

What we built, in order

1. The data pipeline

2. The dashboard

3. The Gradient Ring lab (the machine-learning page)

An original, interactive page about distributed training. A real neural network (a small multilayer perceptron written from scratch) learns two-moons, spiral or concentric-ring data while its simulated workers synchronise gradients.

4. Automation and tests

Putting it on RawmWare

The dashboard and lab are static files, so the site hosts them at /365-days/projects/day-012. The Day 12 archive card opens it directly. The lab is at /365-days/projects/day-012/labs/gradient-ring/index.html.
